**Due to COVID-19, USPS, DHL and other carriers are practicing social distancing protocols in their warehouses to keep their employees safe.  As with everything now, health and safety are the highest priorities and this may cause a delivery delay on your order. We want to make sure you get your Snaps as soon as possible and are doing everything we can to ensure that. We apologize for this inconvenience during this challenging time and very much appreciate your patience.**

Snaps orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase in the US.

Outside the United States, once an order is processed, shipping time is about 4-8 days, not including any customs delays.

We stand behind our product and want to make sure you absolutely love it. If you are not satisfied with your Snap for any reason, we will give you your money back.
